TICKET TRANSFER GUIDE
GIANTS members who hold reserved seats (Ultimate GIANTS, Sydney Gold GIANTS, Canberra Platinum, Gold and Silver members) are able to transfer their tickets to family or friends via the GIANTS app! Mobile ticketing allows for tickets to be transferred smoothly without the hassle of having to share membership cards.
GIANTS APP INSTRUCTIONS:
Select My tickets in the centre of the bottom menu. This will then prompt you to login with your Ticketmaster Login to access the tickets. Once logged in, your tickets will display for all matches you have access to throughout the year. The week of the match, you will see you a “Forward Tickets” button appear.
If you have multiple seats you are looking to transfer, you are able to select all the seats you are looking to transfer. You will then be prompted to enter the recipients' details and confirm you have selected the correct seats. Then hit the Forward Tickets button and your recipient will receive an email asking to accept the tickets to complete the transfer.
TICKET TRANSFER TIPS
- Before you start to transfer the tickets, make sure you have the new recipients full name as well as their valid email address.
- Once you have completed a transfer request, the new recipient will need to accept the tickets prior to arriving at the gates. We recommend that you perform the transfer process 2-3 days before match day.
- A transfer request can be cancelled by the initial seat holder up until the new recipient accepts the ticket.
- Tickets can be transferred multiple times. i.e. Person A transfers a ticket to Person B, Person B can then transfer that same ticket to another person. Once the new recipient has received their ticket, share the Mobile Ticketing Guide instructions with them to ensure they have a smooth entry into the ground.
DAILY TICKETS
GIANTS members who hold additional daily tickets are also able to transfer their tickets to other guest or family members. As the redemption method deferrers between Ticketmaster and Ticketek, please see the below instructions.
Ticketmaster Events
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account.
- Navigate to your event by clicking your name in the top right and clicking My Tickets.
- Find your event and click See Details.
- Click Transfer Tickets.
Note: If the Transfer button is grayed out, your tickets are not eligible for transfer. - Select the tickets you'd like to transfer and click Continue.
- Enter your recipient's information, including their email address and an optional note.
- Click Send.

Ticketek Events
- Open your My Ticketek Account.
- Navigate to your tickets.
- View your order and select the ticket you wish to share, then click share.
- Enter the details of the new recipient.
- Confirm the transfer information and then click share.
Note: You can manage who has each ticket and recall or cancel the transfer request at any time.
