The Pittsburgh Penguins are dedicated to creating the best possible experience for our ticket buyers.  Should you have questions or require assistance throughout the season, please call 412.642.PENS.   Our staff is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  On weekend game days, the office opens at 10:00 AM. If calling within 2 hours of a home game, please contact the game night box office at 412.804.7824.
