Why do the Brisbane Lions use mobile tickets?
A digital ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. 
Digital tickets provide quick and easy entry to the stadium, all on your smartphone; the ability to view, transfer and return your tickets at any time; and reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.

Can I still print my tickets from home?
As was the case beginning with the 2020 season, tickets for all Brisbane Lions games do not include a printable PDF option. This decision was made recognising the above benefits of mobile ticketing.

How do I get the Brisbane Lions app?
The Official Brisbane Lions App is free to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes, you can swipe to view multiple tickets within your account, however, transferring each attendee their ticket is the preferred way of entering the venue.

What if my entire group isn't with me when I'm ready to enter?
Transfer tickets to your group in advance - so you don't have to wait to get into the event. Since each person entering the venue will need a ticket to get in, you can transfer each member their ticket individually prior to arrival. Ticket transfers ensure accessibility to seat and ticket information at all times.

Will the person I transfer the ticket to need their own myLions account?
Yes. If they don't have one already, they can create one when they accept the ticket.

Can't make the game? Return your ticket to the Club!
If you are a season reserved member and can't make a game, you can Return your tickets to the Club for another member or fan to use for that game. Returning your ticket also gives you the chance to win big as part of our Seat Filler program. 
Open your match ticket in the Brisbane Lions App, scroll down to More Ticket Actions, and an option to Return will appear. Follow the prompts and your tickets will be sent back to the Club.

Can I manage my tickets on my computer instead of my smartphone?
You can manage your tickets from your computer, but you will need your ticket on your smartphone to enter the game.

When is the best time to download my tickets to the mobile wallet?
You can download your tickets to your phone’s wallet up to 72 hours prior to the first bounce. E.g., Tuesday at 7:50pm for a Friday 7:50pm bounce. The best time to download your tickets to wallet is at home, before you leave for the match. This ensures you do not need to use mobile data or rely on public WiFi for entry at the match.

On Gabba game days please visit the Brisbane Lions ticket windows at Gate 1, 4, 7 or 9 from gate opening time.

How do I use Ticketmaster credentials to sign into myLions account?
When you sign into your myLions account either on our app or website, use the same email address you have always used. The system will recognise your email and may prompt you to reset your password. Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to use the same username and password for other Ticketmaster integrated sites and Ticketmaster.com.au. 

How can I reset my password?
You can click “Forgot Password?” at sign-in to receive an email or a text message with a one-time code to reset your password.

Why are my Ticketmaster credentials being used to access myLions account?
With a secure, simplified credential system, you can sign into your Ticketmaster and myLions account using a single sign-in (username/password). With this new sign-in, not only is your account more secure, but you also no longer have to remember several username/passwords and can access your tickets faster.

How do I change my contact information with Ticketmaster or Brisbane Lions?
Account information including your name, email address, phone number and password can be updated in the My Profile section of your Ticketmaster account. You can access My Profile from the profile section of your myLions Account or by signing into ticketmaster.com. Your mailing address can only be updated in the profile section of your myLions Account.

Why am I being asked to add a phone number when I sign in?
To ensure it is you, we require each account have a phone number associated with it. This phone number can be updated via your Ticketmaster.com.au account profile.

How will this make accounts more secure?
This upgraded sign-in experience protects accounts against account takeovers by identifying suspicious sign-ins and locking the accounts before stolen credentials could be used. This sign-in experience protects against fraud and security breaches, strengthens identity data, and elevates how we can support our fans and members.

What if I don’t want a Ticketmaster account?
Ticketholders will be required to use a Ticketmaster account to log in to their myLions account. Ticketmaster is committed to building a modern, secure sign-in experience. Accounts created on the Brisbane Lions site (membership.lions.com.au or am.ticketmaster.com/brisbanelions) will not be marketed to by Ticketmaster unless you make a purchase directly on ticketmaster.com.au. How do I know if I have a Ticketmaster account?
Enter your email address in the email field and the system will check to see if you have an existing Ticketmaster.com.au account. If you see a message that says, “Email Not Found”, you will need to sign up with a new Ticketmaster account.

My Membership account is associated with an email address I can no longer access; how can I change my sign-in credentials?
Contact MemberHQ and have them unlink your email from your Ticketmaster account. They will then change the email on your account to a new email of your choice. When you sign in again, you will use the new email address. It is recommended to have an existing Ticketmaster account with the new email address.
