QUESTION - Where do I pick up my tickets?

ANSWER - Will call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office.  Please allow extra time before the event for picking up your tickets, as there may be a line.

 

QUESTION - How do I download my tickets to my mobile device?

ANSWER -

Step 1: Go to this ticketing website on your mobile device.

Step 2: Click on the Sign In/Sign Up button in the top right corner. Enter the email address that you used to buy your tickets.

Step 3: Enter your Account Manager password. If you do not know or have a password, click the "Forgot My Password" link on the login page and follow the message prompts to retrieve your temporary password to securely log in.

Step 4: Once logged in, click on the tickets for the specific show you will be attending. They will show on the first screen after logging in. If you purchased multiple shows and do not immediately see the show you are looking for, click "View All."

Step 5: Click the "Add to Wallet" on Apple Devices, or "Save to Phone" if using Google Pay.

Step 6: When the message appears allowing the website to add a pass to your wallet, click "Allow" on Apple devices or "Save" for Google Pay.

Step 7: To view your tickets for scanning at the event, go to the wallet on your Apple device or the Google Pay App on other devices.

QUESTION - What do I do if I lost my tickets?

ANSWER - Please contact the Box Office as soon as possible 765-494-3933.

 

QUESTION - My tickets are 102 and 104.  Are we sitting together?

ANSWER - Yes, even numbered seats are on the right side of the hall and odd numbered seats are on the left side.

 

QUESTION - Can I bring an infant carrier or stroller with me?

ANSWER - Infant carriers and strollers are not allowed in the auditorium.  You can check them at the House Manager's office.

 

QUESTION - Can I get my money back if I can't make it to the show?

ANSWER - We are unable to issue refunds or exchange tickets.


QUESTION - Third Party Ticket Sellers?

ANSWER - Hall of Music Productions cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased unless they are purchased through our box office, am.ticketmaster.com/purdue/ or Ticketmaster.


QUESTION - Do I need to buy a ticket for my infant?

ANSWER - All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission, including infants and children.


QUESTION - Can I manage my tickets using the Ticketmaster app?

ANSWER -   No, they are only available to manage at https://am.ticketmaster.com/purdue/my-events
