What is Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager?

Xfinity Mobile Account Manager is the new way to access your tickets to Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Wings games, along with Xfinity Mobile Arena concerts & events. Powered by Ticketmaster, Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager ensures a seamless, safe, and secure digital ticketing experience. Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager also aims to give you, the fan, a one-stop shop for all of your Flyers, Wings, concert & event tickets along with the ease to manage everything in one place!

How do I activate my Account?

  1. Log In to Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager*
  2. If you already HAVE a Ticketmaster account that IS associated with your Flyers/Wings/Premium account, please log in using your existing email/password. 
  3. If you already HAVE a Ticketmaster account that IS NOT associated with your Flyers/Wings/Premium account, please create a new account using the email associated with your Flyers/Wings/Premium ticketing account.
  4. If you DO NOT HAVE a Ticketmaster account, please create an account using the email associated with your Flyers/Wings/Premium account.

 

How do I create a new account*?

  1. Click HERE to be directed to the Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager home page.
  2. Click “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner. 
  3. At the bottom of the page next to “New to Ticketmaster”, click “Sign Up”. 
  4. Input your personal information and click “Next” until you get to final page, then click “Confirm”. 

*Please note that the email address must match the one currently used on your Flyers/Wings/Premium ticketing account. If you wish to update your email address, please reach out to your Account Representative directly.


How do I update my payment/bill plan information?

ACTION REQUIRED: All members must input their payment method for their ticketing account. Tickets for the 2025-26 season will not be eligible to be managed (transfer, resale, exchange) until payment method has been confirmed. 

  1. On the Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager page, click “Update Payment” on the lower left-hand corner.
  2. In your profile, click “Payment Methods”.
  3. Click “Add Card” and enter the preferred card for your bill plan.
  4. Note that your credit card will NOT be charged upon input and will simply be applied to your existing bill plan. Accounts that have already paid-in-full are set for the 2025-26 season.


How do I access my tickets?

The ability to transfer, re-sell, and exchange your tickets will be available at a later date. Please stay tuned for more information from your Account Representative and the team on managing your season tickets.


Can I print my tickets from home?

Your Xfinity Mobile Arena tickets will be accessible via Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager on your mobile device. There is no print at home option for Xfinity Mobile Arena games, concerts, or events.


When can I download my tickets?

Upon activation of all Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager functions, tickets will be available for transfer, resale, and exchange. We recommend adding your digital tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet at least 24 hours in advance of game time for ease of entry at the arena.


What if I have a Premium Seating Location (Club, Suite, Revolutionary Row) that includes 76ers tickets?

For Premium Seating Members that have a 76ers Ticketmaster account as a part of their package, you will still need to register for Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager using the link above. Your Flyers and Xfinity Mobile Arena concert & event tickets will be accessible via the new Xfinity Mobile Arena Account Manager while your 76ers tickets will continue to be accessible via your existing 76ers Account Manager.

 

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, however, it's much easier to transfer each attendee their individual ticket. Transferring tickets provides:

  • A way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates during an event, if applicable.
  • Accessibility to their seat information at all times.
  • An easy way to enter the venue without having to wait for your friends and family.

 

What if my entire party isn’t with me at entry?

You can easily transfer each attendee their ticket individually since each person will require a ticket to enter.


Does the person I transfer a ticket to need to create an account?

Yes, if they don't have an account already, they will create one upon accepting the ticket transfer.


What if I lose wi-fi connection while entering Xfinity Mobile Arena?

To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the arena. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you have an Android device, you can store your tickets in Google Wallet.


What if my phone is lost/stolen, breaks, or dies before my event?

Please reach out to your Account Representative so appropriate arrangements can be made before game time or visit the Xfinity Mobile Arena Box Office, located on the North side of the building, next to the VIP Entrance. 


What if I need more help?

Flyers and Wings members should reach out directly to your Account Representative. For any other events or ticket issues, Ticketmaster’s North American call centers offer support in English, Spanish and French. Fans can connect with Ticketmaster directly for real-time support via email, online chat, or phone call. Ticketmaster’s fan support line can be reached 364 days a year at 800-653-8000 from 9:00 AM-9:00 PM M-F, 9:00 AM-8:00 PM Saturdays, and 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Sundays.
