TICKET POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your game ticket and these Ticket Policies and Disclaimers will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. 

ANY TICKET ISSUED BY SUGAR BOWL IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE.

HOLDER ACCEPTS AND ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS 

EVENT, DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 

The ticket purchaser/holder and any accompanying minors (“Holder”) voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury, illness and/or death. Holder waives and releases all claims and covenants not to sue, Sugar Bowl, a Louisiana non-profit corporation, and its designees and third parties associated with the event, including the facility, third parties performing services at the facility (including parking areas and entry gates), performing artists, sponsors, and their respective affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, contractors, representatives, and employees (collectively, “SB”)SB, for any liability arising from or in connection with the Holder’s attendance at the event, or incidental to the event. 

The Holder assumes the risk that seating arrangements or venue conditions may be changed for the event.  Any change to the date or time of the event shall not entitle the Holder to a refund or any other remedy. The sole and exclusive remedy if admission is refused or revoked, stadium capacity limitations result in Holder's ticket(s) being cancelled, or the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled for any reason, is a refund of up to the face value of the ticket set by SB ("Face Value").  SB’s liability for any breach of any term of this ticket shall not exceed the Face Value. SB may revoke this license and eject or refuse entry to the Holder for violation of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct or failure to comply with any and all security measures. SB will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event. SB is not responsible for any delay causing the Holder to arrive late or miss the event for any reason. 

Holder consents to questioning and temperature screening and physical searches of their person and property and confiscation of prohibited items, and agrees to observe all requirements for entry. Holder's admission to the Superdome is subject to all safety and health guidelines promulgated by SB or any governing authority, and is subject to all event and stadium policies.  For the avoidance of doubt, Holder must comply with all safety and health guidelines promulgated by SB or any governing authority, and with all event and stadium policies, including the clear bag policy in place at the Superdome.  Such policies, requirements, and guidelines may be updated from time to time (in the sole determination of SB or any governing authority, as applicable) and may be communicated to the Holder prior to or during the event (whether orally or in writing). Gym Bags, Backpacks, School Bags, Oversized Packages, Cans, Bottles, Weapons, Fireworks, Contraband, Video Cameras, Cameras with a lens exceeding 6”, Recording Devices, Sticks/poles/Selfie Sticks, GoPros, Tablets/iPads, Beach Balls, Laser Pointers, Artificial Noisemakers and Containers of any kind are prohibited on Superdome property. Admission may be refused or revoked and Holder may be ejected in the sole discretion of SB. Holder waives all claims relating to the requirements for entry, stadium and event policies and any decisions of SB relating to the event. 

The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the purchase of this ticket from anyone other than SB. This ticket may not be used in connection with advertising, promotions (including contests or sweepstakes), or other trade or commercial purposes without SB’s express written consent. 

Any distribution or dissemination of any photos, video images, audio or other data captured within the facility for any commercial or non-personal purpose is strictly prohibited. The Holder hereby grants to SB the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, image, or likeness in any manner in any form of media now or hereafter existing, anywhere in the world for any lawful purpose, in perpetuity without compensation, liability for damages, or any other obligation or liability whatsoever, and without any further authorization.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your game ticket and these Ticket Policies and Disclaimers will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.  This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), including its procedural provisions, in all respects. The FAA governs, among other things, the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement and all of its provisions, including, without limitation, the class action waiver discussed below. This arbitration agreement is intended to be broadly interpreted, and will survive termination of these Ticket Policies and Disclaimers to which you have agreed. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to the extent permitted by law to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of this agreement. You agree that these Ticket Policies and Disclaimers evidence a transaction involving interstate commerce and will be governed by and construed in accordance with federal law to the fullest extent possible. 

To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to: Sugar Bowl, 1500 Sugar Bowl Drive, New Orleans, LA 70112-1255. You may download the forms located at https://adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Expedited Procedures in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by AAA’s rules.  However, in no event will SB pay for attorneys’ fees. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.

We each agree that the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding, and that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RE-ADMISSION.

The Sugar Bowl® Committee owns and controls all rights to seat locations for all Sugar Bowl® events. Patrons purchasing though the Sugar Bowl® Ticket Office and/or Ticketmaster receive the opportunity to use the seat location designated by the ticket purchased. However, the Sugar Bowl® Committee, in its sole and absolute discretion, may revoke this right at any time by refunding the purchase price printed on the ticket. The privilege is granted on a game-by-game basis, and is subject to rules, obligations and policies relating to tickets as established from time to time by the Sugar Bowl® Committee. Accounts are limited to one per household, and there is an overall 10 ticket limit per person, address, credit card, IP address, household, etc. Verification of identity and contact information may be required. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests or sweepstakes), or other trade or commercial purposes without the expressed written consent of the Allstate Sugar Bowl.
