How to Access Mobile Tickets

Tickets purchased and/or managed through Account Manager are only available on your mobile device. Tickets cannot be printed. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to access your tickets on your mobile device when entering the Upstate Medical University Arena.

Step 1: Open the web browser on your mobile device and visit www.syracusecrunch.com/accountmanager.

Step 2: Tap "Sign In" in the top right corner.

Step 3: Sign in to your Account Manager.

Step 4: Select "My Crunch Tickets" and choose your game.

Step 5: Swipe right or left to find your ticket if you have multiple seats and tap "View Barcode".

You also have the option to log into your account before coming to the game and adding your ticket to your Apple Wallet if you are using an iPhone.

Step 6: Show your mobile device to an usher as you enter the Upstate Medical University Arena so your ticket can be scanned.
