How To Exchange Vouchers (Updated 2023)

Step 1: Log into your Account Manager, select "Manage Tickets" at the top of the page and scroll all the way down to "20XX-XX Flex Packages" and press "Select Event".

Step 2: Select "Exchange" in the top right corner, above the first voucher.

Step 3: Check the number of vouchers you would like to exchange and press "Continue".

Step 4: Press "Select Event" next to the event you would like to redeem the voucher(s) for.

Step 5: Choose your desired seats from the available locations. Clicking on the seat(s) will automatically add them to your cart. 

NOTE: The seat(s) may have a dollar amount attached to them at this stage, but it will become $0 at the end, once the vouchers are officially applied.

Step 6: Go to your cart, where the selected seats are, and press "Continue".

Step 7: Review to confirm all the information is correct and press "Submit".

Step 8: Check the box "I accept the Terms and Conditions" and press "Place Order". You will not need to provide payment details, as this will be an even exchange of vouchers.

NOTE: Once you have completed your exchange, you will see your tickets in your Account Manager on the "Manage Tickets" and/or "My Events" page. You must use your mobile device to enter the Upstate Medical University Arena for your game.
