How do I access my tickets? 

Toronto FC tickets are now exclusively mobile and can be accessed through the Toronto FC app. Please note that screenshots are not accepted as a valid method of entry to BMO Field.

How do I get the Toronto FC mobile app? 

You can download the team app for free at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

What if I can't download the team app? Can I still access my mobile tickets?

If you cannot download the team app using your mobile device, you can access your mobile tickets through through your smartphone's web browser by logging in to your Toronto FC Account Manager. 

Do I need to create a Toronto FC account now? 

If you already have a Toronto FC account or an account with any other MLSE team, you do not have to create an account and can log in with those same credentials.

If you don't have a Toronto FC account or an account with any other MLSE team, but you have a Ticketmaster Account, you do not have to create an account and can log in using your Ticketmaster credentials.

If you don't have any accounts mentioned above, you will need to create an account.

How do I use my Ticketmaster credentials to sign in to Toronto FC Account Manager?

When you sign in to Toronto FC Account Manager, use the same email address and password you use for your Ticketmaster account. The system will recognize your email and may prompt you to reset your password. Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to use the same credentials for both your Toronto FC account as well as your Ticketmaster account.

Why are my Ticketmaster credentials being used to access my Toronto FC Account Manager? 

With a secure, unified credential system, you can sign into your Ticketmaster and Toronto FC accounts using a consolidated sign-in (username/password). With this new sign-in, not only is your account more secure, you no longer have to remember multiple credentials and can access your tickets faster.
